Ms. Dasarathy joined us in 2019, and is a Director in the Legal and Compliance group. Previously, Ms. Dasarathy worked as a corporate law associate in the San Francisco office of Ropes & Gray LLP and in the Orange County office of Dechert LLP. Ms. Dasarathy graduated from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law with a J.D. degree and from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business with an M.B.A. degree and from Cornell University with a B.A. in Economics.
