Ms. Pavlikhina joined us in 2024 and works in the London office. Prior to joining, Ms. Pavlikhina was a Senior Investment Associate at L Catterton. Previously, Ms. Pavlikhina was an Analyst in the Investment Banking division at Bank of America. Ms. Pavlikhina received a B.S. in Economics and an M.S. in Management from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
